The perfect location...
Close to Villas el Parque are some of the best local restaurants, including Cafe Milagro, Emilio's Cafe, Samui Thai, Monarca and also Agua Azul (which is part of Villas el Parque). Plaza Vista has a small supermarket, bank, ATM, spa and a couple of boutique shops. There's a bus stop right in front of the condos where busses pass by every 15 minutes during the day, and every 30 minutes in the evenings until 9pm. For hikers you can walk to the beach via the Calle Mariposa road in about 20-25 minutes. By vehicle the main beach and national park are just 5 minutes.

Sukia Park is a great combination of zipline tour, butterfly garden and crocodile zoo. They have a great air-conditioned breakfast and lunch restaurant inside the butterfly farm also--a great way to see the butterflies for free.
